Guiding Philosophy
Henry Gornbein believes that every situation is different. His role as an attorney is to education and guide the clients through the legal system, while looking for the best possible solution. Every case is handled in a manner where healing, moving forward, avoiding unnecessary confrontations or court battles are the primary goals. He has tried many cases, and believes that trials should be the last resort because of the economic and psychological costs and damage involved. Going to trial means that you lose control of your life because a stranger, the Judge or Referee, is deciding what will happen to you and your children.
